I just came across a good overview of the similarities and differences between Nvidia's SLI and ATI's Crossfire multi-GPU systems. Read about it here. Its worth a read of you are a bleeding edge gamer and want the eye candy, but then again, who doesn't want the eye candy.

A recent revue of ATI vs Nvidia Quad GPU systems was published by the fine people over at Firing Squad.com , and the winner of the battle is…drumroll please…well it seems that it depends. Nvidia has support for more games at this time and is a more mature product, but the performance of the ATI setup is quite good. It will all boil down to whether you are a ATI or Nvidia person, and of course, cost.
