Dave Hildebrand.com

This site is run by the large oaf you see to the left and in case you hadn't put 2 & 2 together my name is Dave Hildebrand. I have been in the technology field for 5 years, in both the retail and business sectors. I recieved my formal training from Confederation College in Thunder Bay, Ontario. In 2002 I graduated with a diploma in Electronic Engineering: Technician, a two year course that covered everything from basic electronic theory to AM/FM radio, to networking and computer systems. The experience provided me with the troubleshooting skills I use everyday and gave me a great foundation to further my education every day.

Since January 2003 I have been working at the Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre in the Information Systems department. I am the Systems Administrator for the hospital and its 300+ users. I manage over 180 systems & servers, the telephone system and anything the powers that be think is tech related.

On July 2nd, 2005, I married the love of my life. Kristi and I have made a home in Sioux Lookout with our 2 cats (Sullivan and Mittens) and dog (Peaches). Kristi works as a grade 6 teacher at the local catholic school.
